It was first successfully established in San Francisco on Sept 7, 1927. Television was invented by Philo Taylor Farnsworth.

The primary concept of Television was Radio with visions where radio conveys a sound signal the information existing broadcast via the air.

History of Television in Pakistan

The basic idea of founding a media and television enterprise stood designed in belatedly 1956 and completed by the secretly placed up national education commission, with the help of President Ayub Khan in 1960. the personal sector media magnate and manufacturer Syed Wajid Ali founded a TV industrial evolution project, getting the part of Ubaidur Rahman, an electrical engineer in the Engineering Division of Radio Pakistan, as the project manager of the first TV group in Lahore. Ali achieved a landmark in 1961 by launching a private TV broadcasting company with the association of Nippon Electric Company (NEC) of Japan and Thomas TV International of the United Kingdom.

During 1963, a general conference was chaired by President Ayub Khan, in which the state assembled judgments regarding the Pakistan TV stations and the media enterprise in the government. Its offices exist in Islamabad, about the Cabinet Secretariat. From 1961 to 1962, The TV base was founded in Lahore and many pilot communication trials were carried by Rahman’s team. after that, numerous TV units were appointed throughout Pakistan by this group.
